     The Department of Information Security provides training in information security at three levels: Bachelor's - Master's – doctoral PhD in Russian, Kazakh and English languages on the following educational programs:

      The teaching staff of the Department of Information Security consists of 47 people, of which 30 are full-time employees, 2 foreign professors, 7 specialists practitioners, 1 postdoctoral, 2 internal and 5 external part-time employees. Out of 47 employees, 5 Doctors of Science, 16 Candidates of Science and Doctors of Philosophy (PhD), 26 Masters.

      Specialists-practitioners were involved in implementation of the educational process, including Bil O.V., a virus analyst, chief architect - head of the malicious code research laboratory of the «State Technical Service» RSE.

Leading scientists from foreign partner universities are invited as foreign specialists of the department.
