Scientific project "Collaborative Research for Feasibility and Optimization Modeling of Future Wind Energy Sources in Central Kazakhstan"

As part of a development project between the United States and Kazakhstan's universities which was organized by the  American Councils for International Education, Department of Informatics of the Eurasian National University L.N. Gumilyov (ENU) by name together with Toraigyrov University (ToU) received grants for the development of partnerships with the the university Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV).

Funded by the US Embassy in Nur-Sultan, the project aims to create sustainable international collaboration and partnerships between US and Kazakh universities in the areas of curriculum development, research, and capacity building in the field of renewable energy. 

Building partnerships between universities, focuses on building a computer performance model and optimizing wind farms using augmented reality (AR). Within the framework of the project, it was also proposed to develop a new course on renewable energy for students of ENU and ToU.
