The intensity of scientific life at the faculty is manifested not only in the number of publications and the content of specific training courses. An important indicator of the effectiveness of research is the number and level - international, republican, regional, interuniversity - of conferences, roundtables, scientific seminars and other types of scientific forums. The faculty holds annually International Scientific and Practical conference “Intellectual Information and Communication technologies as tools for realization of the third industrial revolution devoted for the Strategy Kazakhstan-2050” The main purpose of the Conference is to organize a discussion board and experience exchange, to evaluate the opportunities and define new ways for successful realization of the Strategy “Kazakhstan-2050” in the area of creation, usage and transformation of intellectual information and communication technologies, integration of science, education and IT industry by creating ICT-cluster. The conference will be a place for constructive dialogs aimed at determining modern tensions and innovative ways in creation and effective usage of intellectual information and communication technologies in all areas of industries. According to the Strategy of Kazakhstan-2050, the main subject of the conference will be the creation and implementation of the intellectual information and communication technologies policy. It is important to point out though that the technology plays the key role as a tool and accelerator for the informatization of the society. The participants of the conference will be discussing the current and future potential of the information and communication technologies and will be analyzing both the local and foreign experience of creating information sources and technologies for the purpose of the future improvement of the people’s life in Kazakhstan. Target Audience The honored guests of the conference are the representatives from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the leading local and foreign scientists, representatives from different universities and academic institutions, experts, lecturers and creators in the area of ICT education, as well as IT companies. Within the conference there will be round discussions on different topics followed by master classes and presentations.
