On April 23, 2020, an online meeting was held at the Faculty of information technology with the support of the Adep project office management. The meeting was held with the participation of first Deputy head of the anti-corruption Department for Nur-Sultan Zhylkyshieva Zhazira Zhaksylykovna and adviser to the Manager of the Astana International financial center Kozhumov Askhat Sultanbekovich.
Participation in this meeting will undoubtedly contribute to the formation of students ' principles of morality, integrity, honesty, culture and justice, ensuring the protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests from corruption. The Online meeting was attended by more than 50 students of the faculty.
During the meeting, the adviser to the managing Director brought to the staff the main priorities of the state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of anti-corruption, stressed the long-term, systematic and comprehensive anti-corruption strategy of the country, and also brought the main tasks of the international financial center of Astana. As A. S. Kozhumov emphasized in his speech,"anti-corruption Measures can be really effective if all members of society, without exception, take part in it, counting on universal support-this is our common cause."
In her speech, Zhazira Zhaksylykovna spoke about the main innovations in the implementation of the anti-Corruption strategy, its requirements and anti-corruption legislation, which is intended to be applied to state officials.
At the end of the event, participants asked questions and expressed their gratitude for the meeting.
