On May 19, 2022, a round table was held at the Faculty of Information Technology on the topic “Prevention of corruption in the academic sphere”. The event was attended by representatives of ENU MK "Zhas Otan" Alimova Zhaina Alievna and Kurmanbay Aknazym Anarbaevna, senior curators and students of FIT.
The moderator was the Deputy Chairman of ENU MK "Zhas Otan" Alina Zhaina Alikyzy. She thanked the leadership of the faculty that organized the meeting, as well as curators and students who took part in the meeting offline, noting the different points of view on this topic. Participants expressed their views on the issues raised in connection with these comments.
Concluding her speech, Zh. Alimova stated that legal qualifications and culture, respect for the law should be a priority, and the fight against corruption, which is now widely discussed in society, is a common cause, and called for a joint fight against it.
The relevance of the proposals made during the meeting was discussed and supported by senior curators and special guests. At the end of the event, students' questions were answered and feedback was received.
