The employment of graduates is a significant indicator of the effectiveness of the university. The main goal and objective of the L.N.Gumilyov ENU for employment is to actively promote the employment of graduates, monitor their professional activities and career growth. The University pays close attention to this area of activity, which is reflected in the systematic improvement and development of the graduate employment assistance system and the annual high percentage of employed graduates. The high quality of specialist training is confirmed by the percentage of graduates who are employed.
According to the OP "Automation and Management", graduate employment is being monitored. A lot of work has been done to analyze the employment of graduates from last year. Thus, information on the employment of graduates is prepared annually, the stubs of the confirmation of the arrival of graduates and certificates from the place of work are collected, questionnaires from employers' organizations are collected.

Job Fair
The event "Job Fair-2023" with the participation of FIT graduates and Employers' Organizations invited by the Faculty took place on April 28, 2023. The main purpose of the job fair was to help graduates find jobs and employers find candidates for existing vacancies. More than 10 Employers' Organizations were invited to this event. Employers have made offers of employment for graduates.

Employers introduced graduates to the activities of their organizations and noted the requirements for a young specialist. He answered the questions of the graduates and asked them to send resumes for vacancies. The meeting was held at a high level.

A regular analysis of the content of the EP is carried out for compliance with the requirements of the internal and external labor market, the needs of employers, individual needs. In 2018-2019, 2019-2020 academic years, employers participated in the development of EPs, and experts annually give certificates of expertise for EPs.
